Shipping policy

Processing your order

All orders for in stock items are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

As custom orders are handmade, allow up to 14 business days for order to be made and shipped. Please contact us at doobcollars@gmail.com for an estimated delivery time for your custom item.

Shipment rates

Our shipping rates to anywhere in Australia are:

Small package:

• $10 standard post
  
• $15 express post

Large package:

• $20 express post.
  

Orders over $200 are free.

Lost or missing parcels

If you believe your parcel is missing, please call Australia Post’s Customer Service Centre on 13 POST (13 76 78). You can email us at doobcollars@gmail.com and we can try to assist you in locating your parcel.
